It was like love at first sight. When we crossed its threshold for the first time, we immediately felt its magic and decided to seize that extraordinary opportunity. This is why we have taken over the management of the Hotel Centrale Olbia, a four-star hotel in the historic center of the coastal city in the north-east of Sardinia, not far from San Teodoro. And from the first of May a new adventure will begin for our agency.

A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. When we learned that the owner of the structure was looking for entrepreneurs interested in managing it, starting from this upcoming summer season, we came forward. The negotiation evolved quickly, thanks above all to the harmony that we found immediately.

The Hotel Centrale Olbia has 19 rooms, spread over three floors of a structure dating back to the dawn of the ‘900, completely renovated. It is an activity that has been started, perfectly organized and of which we will maintain the entire organization, which will allow us to extend our range of action: in addition to summer tourism in San Teodoro, we will also shift our attention to services dedicated to professionals and winter business in an important city like Olbia.
