A week dedicated to sport and nature for all those who wish to discover the territory of San Teodoro.

The 1st edition of the San Teodoro Trail kicks off from 23 to 30 April 2023.

The purpose of the San Teodoro Trail is to allow participants and their companions to discover, savor and get excited about the territory, history and traditions, typical products and culture of the place.

Sport, discovery of the area and unmissable moments of relaxation and fun: this is the program of the event organized by VRM team asd with the technical tourist support of Go World s.r.l.

Participation is open to all.

There will also be opportunities to discover the history, culture and traditions of the place.

The program of the event

Day 1 – Sunday, April 23rd

• Morning: arrival at the hotel by their own means, check in accommodation assignment.
• Afternoon, 5:00 pm: opening of the event, technical checks and bib delivery at Hotel L’Esagono in San Teodoro.

Day 2 – Monday, April 24

• Morning, 10:30 am: visit to Tenute Teo D’oro with lunch in the vineyard.
• Afternoon, 6:00 pm: technical briefing stage 1.

Day 3 – Tuesday, April 25

• Morning: 1st Stage: CURRENDO IN PISCHERA Flamingo Trophy Km 3 / 6 – Walk/Run Soft – Km 6 / 9 Advance – flat route. Refreshments at Loc. Pischera by the asd Atletica San Teodoro.
• Afternoon: optional activity: Kayaking in the Marine Protected Area of Tavolara.

Day 4 – Wednesday, April 26

• Morning: free activity to discover the territory of San Teodoro.
• Afternoon: massage service at Hotel L’esagono.
• 6:00 pm: technical briefing stage 2.

Day 5 – Thursday 27 Apriland

• Morning: 2nd Stage: EXPLORING MONTE NIEDDU, Km 13.7 550mt D+/- Walk/Run -Soft, Km 20.5 1150mt D+/- Run Advance.
• Afternoon: visit with tasting of local wines at the Augusto Mandras Winery.
• Free afternoon.

Day 6 – Friday, April 28

• Morning: Optional activity: Trekking of Punta Cannone – La Vetta, massage service at Hotel L’esagono.
• Afternoon, 6:00 pm: technical briefing stage 3.

Day 7 – Saturday, April 29

• Morning: 3rd Stage: DISCOVERY BIDDEROSA Km 10 Walk/Run Soft – Km 17 Run Advance.
• Afternoon, 6:00 pm: closing ceremony of the first edition of San Teodoro Trail with individual awards at Piazza Emilio Lussu in San Teodoro.

Day 8 – Sunday 30 April

• Morning: check out and departure to the respective airports.
