Cancel the stay:
In the event of cancellation of the stay, the penalties indicated below will apply, calculated as a percentage of the total amount for the requested period.

Cancellations:
Cancellation notices must be submitted by the lessee in writing 90 days prior to the start date of the stay and will incur a penalty equal to 40% of the total rental amount. Cutting the stay short does not entitle the lessee to any refund.

Payment terms:
The balance of the rent, additional costs, and the security deposit must be paid upon handover of the apartment.

Mandatory security deposit for the apartment:
€200.00, payable in cash and/or by bank cheque. The security deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, subject to verification of the condition of the property and furnishings.
