Accommodation Arrangements
Additional guests:
The apartment cannot be occupied by more people than indicated or than the available beds.
Apartment maintenance:
The rented apartment must be maintained and left in good condition, and any anomalies or breakages must be promptly reported upon handover and will be repaired by qualified personnel.
Any personal initiatives carried out by you, even through unauthorized third parties, will not be reimbursed. Breakages caused by you due to negligence must be compensated.
We also ask you not to dispose of objects in the toilet that may cause drainage problems; any violation will result in a penalty equal to the amount incurred for restoring the sanitary facilities.
Kitchenette:
Cleaning the kitchenette is your responsibility. Pots, plates, dishes, and all kitchen materials must be washed and stored in the designated spaces.
Water:
Please note that the municipal water service does not always guarantee optimal water quality; for this reason, you may be advised not to drink the water in the apartments.
Any problems with the provision of the service or issues related to the use of the municipal water service, including those potentially arising from guests’ consumption of the water, do not entail any liability on the part of the property or other representative parties.
Security:
You will be required to observe normal security rules even while on vacation. Always lock the apartment and do not leave valuables unattended. In case of theft or loss, all liability is declined.
Use of the property:
The use of the property, including common areas and equipment available to guests, is under the responsibility of the guests themselves, releasing the property and/or its representative parties from any form of liability.
Neighborly relations:
You will be required to respect normal neighborly relations, therefore avoiding shouting or disturbing noises, especially during standard rest hours.
Waste:
Please note that you will be required to carry out waste separation according to the methods and times established by the municipality. You will have containers for organic waste, dry waste, plastic, glass and cans, paper, and an eco-calendar to follow. On check-out day, the house must be left free of any type of waste, disposing of everything remaining in the bins at one of the mobile ecological islands and/or eco-centers indicated in the provided calendar. If waste is not disposed of or collection is carried out differently from what is established, you will be charged a penalty of 50 euros.
